It is one of the known sport around the world created by black people. When we speak of  basketball first come into our mine is shooting a ball, while others think that it is a good exercise. For people who know more about basketball said that just follow the sound of men shouting and screaming and one can usually come upon a heated basketball game. Sweaty, in skins or shirts, they will be there showing and pushing each other, in an attempt to grab that all important ball and be the superstar who can sink it into the basket. Midgets, juniors, seniors, super seniors-name it and all age groups are included. They even play it on wheel chairs.

At the present this game is known for several people who love sports. I also prepared my child to deal with this kind of sport when he grow up. This is better for our child to gain good body shape and have a proper exercise. I recommend this kind of sports to all specially for young and family.
